26 tracks by 14 of Sweden's finest punk and Oi! bands. This CD is well
worth getting just to listen to the different bands as a taster, then
you can go out and buy their full albums. Most songs are in english. Bands
include Agent Bulldogg, Dims Rebellion,
The Pints and The Negatives, plus many
more. An excellant mixture.

VVAA ”Brewed In Sweden” CD. (Blind Beggar)
Second volume from the serie “Brewed In...” from the German
label Blind Beggar, this time it compiles the best from the actual Swedish
scene. This Cd is really a bomb, because of the bands selection (there’s
no bad band featured!) and also because of the quality of the tracks which
are mainly unreleased before. In total we find 14 bands and nothing less
than 26 songs. Some are famous names: Agent Bulldogg
or Headhunters, and a bunch of young bands: Unit
Lost, Dims Rebellion, The Pints,
The Righteous, Perkele, Wildcat
Strike, etc etc. The best aportations are for my taste Unit
Lost “Do You Wanna Know?”, Headhunters “Destination
Nowhere”, Dims Rebellion “Next To The Gods”,
Pints “Shadow Of The Past” and Perkele “My
Home”. A very good oportunity to know the best out of Scandinavia.

This is the result of the proud and strong swedish scene. This is probably
what many of the bands fought for to get, a own swedish compilation with
the BEST from the scene. The CD got 26 tracks and are played by following
bands: Agent Bulldogg, Dim´s Rebellion,
Unit Lost, Perkele, Headhunters,
The Pints, Medborgargardet, Free
Martins, Negatives, Sniffing Glue,
The Righteous, Wildcat Strike, The
Fisticuffs & Planet Pogo.
This masterpiece is made by Blind Beggar Records and many of the songs
are unique for this compilation.
WARNING: for you geekos who enjoy the so called "streetpunk"
that mainstream companies like Burning Heart releases, get the fuck away,
this is PURE fuckin Oi! from the REAL streets.
Its hard, its spelled SKINHEAD MUSIC and SKINHEAD PRIDE and is nothing
for people who enjoys peace and order. This is pure SWEDISH Oi! PRIDE
in short.
This is going to be a classic in the swedish Skinhead history with the
Oi! heroes of tomorrow, its a must for every descent skinhead in sweden
& rest of the world. Get it!

BREWED IN SWEDEN (CD-BLIND BEGGAR BEG CD 022)
A compilation with 13 streetpunkband/punkband/oiband or what we shall
call them. it´s very diffiuclt to choose the best because all 13
holds very high class and I gets more and more impressed by how good the
swedish punkrockscene is. But to the point Agent Bulldogg
plays a nice streetpunk and I can notice that they have been on the road
for a while. Wildcats Strike have a little thin sound
but I hear Exploited and Blitz there. Negatives
plays wonderful 77-punk and so do Headhunters with their
melodic style. Rancid have influenced Planet Pogo
in a good way and Perkele have really getting better.
Please check this out because it´s wonderful.
